IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING INBOUND AND OUTBOUND FREIGHT


Inbound Freight

Due to tight security and lack of adequate storage space at the San Francisco Marriott Marquis absolutely NO Direct Shipments are permitted to this facility.

Please make arrangements with your carrier to deliver all shipments to the GES Advanced Receiving Warehouse at YRC 201 Haskins Way South San Francisco, CA  94080


Shipments should arrive on or between business days:2/14/2017
Tuesday, February 14, 2017 - Friday, March 10, 2017



Outbound Freight

For Outbound shipments, carriers must pick up all shipments at the GES Advanced Receiving Warehouse at YRC 201 Haskins Way South San Francisco, CA  94080 starting:

Thursday, March 16, 20179:00 AM 

Shipments MUST be picked up NO LATER than:
Thursday, March 16, 20173:00 PM 
 or they will be re-routed via GES Logistics.

Advance Warehouse Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM

For shipments inadvertently delivered directly to the facility, a 30% ($50 minimum) late arrival surcharge will apply. This surcharge is in addition to the Advance Freight Handling Rates.
